RE: body shaper top and bottom - order # 272028710
when I received the order the items were too big, first of all they should estimate the sizes by waist or dress size the items I received were totally wrong they just took it for granted that since I have a large size bust that the rest of my body is also an XXXXL also the quality of the items were very poor. I shipped back the items on 7/24/09 it cost me $13.80. I received a credit on my credit card for $29.95. The total of my order was $69.75, I know there is s&h included and perhaps some administrative fees but how I can only get refunded $29.00 is beyond me. In the terms and policies they mention P&H fee but they never disclose to the customer outright what these charges will be. Perhaps if I would have known that p&h is double the price of the item I would have kept them and just put them in the garbage. Now they are able to resell what I've paid them good money to receive.
This company is out to rip off consumers first of all their policies for return or exchange should be written in a clear precise manner, not some double talking to confuse/rip off the consumer.
