I was completely thrilled with B&G Roofing. Businesses often seem to take on the character of the owners or principals, and this is one reason why it was great to deal with B&G. The owner Jr. Guy is totally straightforward, patient and helpful, 100% customer oriented. I trusted him instantly. He is extremely nice and this reflects on the entire character of the company.
The bidding process was clear and easy (in my case B&G provided several flexible options scaled to budget, and I went with a complete re-roof rather than repair). Prices were very reasonable -- I'd say mid-range. Of course, most important, B&G did EXACTLY what JR said they would do -- on time, on budget, cleanly, total professionals, with no fuss or surprises. The crew were all great, respectful, efficient.
I'll just say again, we were completely thrilled with B&G roofing. I have recommended them already to friends, and would never hesitate to recommend this wonderful firm, who I believe does work ranging from residential repair and re-roofing to large-scale commercial jobs.
