Jesse, from B & B, immediately brought over the money that he owed me for the unsatisfactory termite inspection after I submitted my complaints on BBB and yelp. Although I would have expected my refund earlier, I can't comment on the companies termite eradication services. My real estate agent highly recommends them though.
