Brian has done numerous jobs for me on my properties and I am very pleased with the results. He is a great contractor who charges a reasonable price for his services. He also communicates in a timely manner which has been a problem with other contractors in the past. He can do all levels of construction and has proved really valuable to me with his electrical knowledge from switching out panels to chasing down wiring problems in older units. And his general carpentry and plumbings abilities are good as well. Basically he can build or fix whatever you need.
