Sure, they're a little off the beaten path, but they have an amazing showroom and so much great furniture that you won't mind making the trip to Van Nuys.
Pros: staff really knew what they were talking about and helped me figure out what would work best in my limited space (very tight entry way, so furniture needed to come unassembled, then be set-up inside), quick delivery, awesome price (about half what it would have cost me at design within reach).
Cons: if anything, location. of course, the fact that not everybody knows about them yet is kinda nice. for me at least. ;)
