I like to be a insured driver and be able to know that I will be taken care of if a accident happens, but when a company charges you and then sends you to collections and still charges you monthly for 3 years and has no records of you paying anything, it really makes you think how they are going handle a real life issue,
!!!!!!!!! Here is!!!!!!!!!!!!! The!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was late on a payment and went to the Auto club office in cerritos and paid for my debt, new membership and new insurance coverage and was kept all my receipts for 1yr thinking it was enough and continued for 3 years to have insurance not knowing that there office persons never sent work of my payments, I never knew till I bought my how of the delinquency so I brought it to there attention and they want me to pay again!!! I'm sure if I would have gotten into an accident they would have just voided my insurance and denied me everything and I would probably be left for dead with my family to bear.
Bottom line Auto club wont insure you without having paid any debt left over, how did I have insurance for 3 years and now that I brought it to there attention they want payment again cause they have no archive of anything 3 yrs ago. So I'm going to Esurance where I pray everything will be ok, we all know cheaper isn't always better but hey when your getting it from the rear by a big company its all you can do, I'm an proud American and recommend you to hold to all your payment receipt's from 10yrs back if you are going to be with the auto club. I kept my receipt for 1 year and auto club threw it away too guess I wasn't the only one throwing them away too bad I don't have an archive department to tell them sorry I have no proof as well..
BEWARE OF MAL PRACTICES BY THIS INSURANCE PROVIDER, YOU COULD SPEND 1000.00$ EVERY YEAR FOR 10 YEARS AND ONE DAY YOU WILL CRASH AND THEY WILL JUST DENIED CLAIM...
