I was going back and forth with them over email and text about a car that looked like a good buy. Went there and the car had a half dozen paint chips out from rocks and other big chips in the paint. The car was $500 under invoice, but with all the paint chips there was no way it could be sold for this amount. I asked the salesperson if they could bring it down any so we could fix the paint. He said he would ask so he talked to Ella (who he said was a finance manager). She told us to take a seat and she would run the numbers. She did and came back with the same thing about the invoice cost. Told her the same thing about the paint having chips out of it all over the car and could she knock "some" (didn't even say how much) off the price. She was really smug and condescending and said a flat NO. I negotiate for a living and she wasn't going to give up a dime. So we excused ourselves and were leaving. I told her again there was no way she could sell it at the price it was listed at. She replied with an attitude....Oh yes I will you just watch. Well Ella....you watched a sale walk out the door because of your attitude and unwillingness to make a deal. There was a perfect car right across the street at the Hyundai dealer with full certification unlike your dealer's shady warranty. They priced their pristine car at $300 over what your car full of paint chips out had. So your poor remarks that we wouldn't find a deal with anyone else was just wrong. If the owner sees this, put her in some customer service classes. After a prior review Ella wrote back some rude remarks about my family. Its obvious this is a family owned business or the owner knows here very well.
