This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had with a company. They are liars and cheaters. For starters trying to get "Joey' on the phone is impossible. He is apparently the owner or the main manager. He was told that he need to speak to me cause all my belongings were missing. He would not answer the phone but he would actually hang up on me. I called back, after the 1000th time, and told them that i wanted the person that answered the phone to actually keep me to his ear and walk over and get him. I heard people in the background laughing and calling me outragious names. I could not believe what I heard them say. I was completly taken back by there lack of proffesionalism. Like they ever had any to begin with. I told them that I had to infants that were sleeping on the floor of an apartment and that all the important items were in their truck. they showed up to my house on day one and ran out of gas in my driveway. they lost half of my stuff and the other half was recked and damaged beyond belief. they would not help me or even tell me anything on the phone. I paid extra to have them deliver same day or next day. they showed up13 days later and at 12:30 am at that. They broke a outside apartment lights and took the handle off the front door. They were very careless with the rest of my belongings. I finally got a hold of the third party mediator who settled in my favor. It was not even close dollar wise to what I lost but I felt atleast someone thought that I had gotten an unfair shake. I have waited 1 year and a million attepts and still no check in the mail and no return calls. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. THEY ARE THE WORST THERE IS. THEY COULD NOT HAVE HURT ME MORE IF THEY HAD TRIED.
