The worst experience of my life, the estimate was $4800 to deliver my stuff from illinois to phoenix and in the end I paid $8700. very unreliable and you cannot get in touch with them. customer service in the worst ever. they damaged several items (jacuzzi), broke glass covers for my tables, and stole my x-box 360 and several games. I did not bother asking them for a refund even when I bought the full insurance just because I do not want to deal with them again. do not do business with this company, trust me.
