Unresponsive, untrustworthy, uncommunicative. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! They double billed our move then did not refund our credit card when requested. Two weeks worth of messages were NEVER returned by the credit "department" (apparently one person). When the charge was removed by our credit card company, we received a collection notice. A horrible company with absolutely no trace of customer service. STAY AWAY!!
