My experience with Austin Construction was very pleasant. A wall heater had caught fire to my home. Shortly after the fire department had finished their job a man named Jeff approached me with his contact information and told me briefly about what they do. They are a 24 hour emergency fire and water restoration service. They had a crew ready to help clean up the debris from the fire and provided boards to secure my property until the repair work could be assessed. I was really happy with how easy it was my insurance picked up the tab. I didn't even have to pay a deductible to my surprise, Austin construction covered that for me and got right to work sealing up our broken windows and the hole that was in our roof. About a week later I was ready to proceed with my repairs and Austin construction was there helping us through the entire process. He brought with him an excellent team of men who got the job done without a hitch. Everything passed inspection and the insurance company approved the claim without any issues. I highly recommend Austin Construction Company. They provided all the license information and did all the leg work with the city and the insurance company. Very good job A++++++++
