Three months ago we called Aria to lower our mortgage payments and interest rate. We gave them every penny we had in the bank up front which was 1300 at the time. We have never heard a thing back from them and they have disconnected all phones. We are now in default with our mortgage company. I am now in contact with the state attorney for California. I will NOT be scammed.
