My husband and I signed a $14,000.00 contract with this company to do all the railings in our home. We had the worst experience with this company than any other company that worked on our home. Humberto Acosta portrays himself to be a large company and shows pictures of large jobs. We came to find out he works out of a little warehouse with very little machinery. Humberto Acosta took our money and never finished our job. After we gave him a deposit he showed up at our home on three different occasions demanding full payment without the railings being finished. He finally held our railings hostage until we paid him in full and once we did he disappeared in the middle of the installation. The paint job on the railings was of poor quality and before he abandoned the job he tried to touch them up with bondo and spray paint, which was used inside our home. He never pulled permits for his work because he claimed it is the homeowner's responsibility. We now are left with unfinished railings that do not meet code and cannot pass inspection. I would not recommend this company to anyone and hope other people do not go through what we did.
