I do like Arbonne products and they have improved my skin tone. However, my latest transaction has not gone smoothly and I have decided to stop using their products because of this. I had ordered one item on March 26th, it showed up in my order history as ready to be shipped, but never was. I contacted them a week later and asked why it had not been shipped. I was given the answer that they are discontinuing the product and it is only available on a first come first serve basis. This was not mentioned when I ordered this product. I was charged $50.71 at the time of my initial purchase. I requested a refund and was told that they only give refunds after 30 days, I requested to speak to a manager and was told that there weren't any available at that time. I was then told they would give me a refund (I spoke to Lissett). A week later I still had not received my refund, I called again , was put on hold for 40 minutes, but did talk to a manager (Chris) who assured me he would process my refund. I checked my bank account today and my refund was $9 less than what I was charged. It looks like my refund was less the shipping costs, even though nothing was ever shipped to me. I have to question why I was charged for an out of stock item in the first place and the 30 day refund policy. Lesson learned, don't buy from this company.
