The company provides great support, in the forms of an upline and the certification website of their Arbonne Uniiversity. I do like the products and have several customers. The 30 dollar fee to join is worth it to learn the good business practices in the "classes" on the website.
My only complaint is the ordering process. It is geared to get the consultant to buy a lot of product. The price points are geared for the consultant to buy just one more thing to get discounted product.
Sample are outrageously expensive to consultant. As well as business aids. I think the company makes to much profit in this manner from the consultants.
Too much of the profit for the consultant is geared not in selling the product but in signing up more people. I don't like that, I like selling the product.
I recommend this company only if you are wanting to buy for yourself, but it requires much more time out of your week than they lead you to believe in order to make a profit.
The conventions are more propaganda motivation than actually teaching anything about skin care, or make up, or health care.
I like the product but there are others out there that don't involve multilevel marketing and are less expensive.
I am still a current consultant but not active.
