If only you can help it don't ever do business with Aramco Imports!I own a small gift shop in Florida and purchased some merchandise from them.They charged my credit card about 2 weeks prior to actually sending the pallet.
They are the most unreliable and unprofessional distributors I've ever worked with! They don't stand behind their product. Product is of a terrible quality for the most part. Porcelain sets arrive incomplete,missing items even in the factory packaged sets. Colors don't match. Boxes ripped. They send you items which you've never ordered and then refuse to pick them up and will not issue a refund. You can never speak with any supervisor. Every girl who picks up the phone claims to be a "supervisor". Their owner, apparently his name is Raffie,is always at a "meeting". They protect him like a pot of gold.So,you stand no chance to discuss your issue with a decision maker.
What a nightmare!!!
