Without a doubt, the worst car buying experience I have ever gone through. To make a long story short, I bought a used accura and was told it had never been damaged and/or in an accident. Upon taking it home after the sale, I found an estimate stuffed inside the owners manual for over $3,000. This was apparently left there by the previous owner who I was able to call and talk to about the accident. She stated that the dealership "raked her over the coals" about the accident upon returning it (it was a leased vehicle). Upon taking the vehicle back, the used car manager offered me 5 free oil changes. He ultimately stated he could not change the price as the paperwork was gone (this was a Saturday). 15 minutes later, he mysteriously found the old paper work and changed the price, but only slightly. And I still have a damaged car. I was told the car had no xm radio but they would install one. Upon further inspection, I found that it had one and I activated it. Upon confronting the dealer again, later in the week, I was told that it was just a "preview radio". There is no such thing...This car already had an xm radio and they wanted to charge me to install something that it already had. The car was dirty and I was told it would be detailed. They swatted at it for 45 minutes and never even got the coke stains out of the back seat. We were also told it had been serviced, yet the oil was black. It went back to service where we were again told it had been done. Who knows what they did? The oil was apparently changed. I could go on, but ...bottom line...DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU!
