Let me start with the three kewwords to describe this place...
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...
Let's just say Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs [may his soul be in peace] should be very disappointed in making the most amazing products in the world, with the most UN-educated retail employees ever!
I walked into the store and didn't receive a single hello from the three guys standing at the front door. Honestly, if the store isn't busy at all....atleast pretend to be busy if you're not going to have the decency to say hello to a customer that walks in.
This store is full of people who do not know how to explain 64 bit. They are self-centered and work only to mingle with their fellow employee friends.
Somehow, I have gotten this experience from all the Apple stores I have gone to, Westlake Village, SImi Valley, Glendale, and now Pasadena.
Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak should be hiring better people to explain things to their customers. This company deserves better employees...and customers deserve better treatment from this store.
Now do not get me wrong, Apple products are by far the best I have ever owned...they are easy and work right out of the box, but it would be cool to be rung up in a decent time frame, I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to be asked "Do you want your receipt e-mailed to you as well?"
Managers should step it up a little bit in their interview process, they should care less about explaining their tattoos and piercings, drinking abilities, who they're sleeping with.. just babbling on about themselves...and be more interested about how to help customers gain knowledge about computers and make this a place where i WANT to come back.
I am disappointed to the extreme with this store's customer service.
I am so grateful for online shopping.
