Took over 5 days to process the order before claiming to ship the item, did not provide tracking information as promised, does not answer telephone inquiries and now their website is down. Only gave out tracking info after Amazon.com was brought into the dispute. I am highly displeased with this company, I only gave them one star because I could not get this site to accept a no-star rating.
