I purchased the wrong ink for my Epson printer. I immediately checked the website under "returns". I was confused because towards the end of their policy, they indicate ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. So I wrote an email asking for one. On January 20, 2010, I sent a second request. On January 27th I called their customer service number and after being on hold over 5 minutes, a switchboard operator came on and offered to take my name and number because all their reps were busy. It is now February 1st, I have not received a return phone call and after calling again today, got the same switchboard operator offering to take a message.
I only want to know if I need this return authorization number and after all this BS, worry that if I just return the product, I will never receive a credit on my credit card. Plus since it was free shipping, they'll reduce my refund by approximately 20%. It's hardly worth it because if I do return it, it will be certified mail, return receipt requested. After spending all this money, I'll probably only have $5 left.
This company is not to be trusted. They have the worse customer service ever. I will be reporting this to the BBB plus contacting my credit card company to investigate.
