Horrible Company!! Beware!!! (FYI - They change their name to KITCHEN HOME)
I had Apex do a remodel on my kitchen and floor. They said it would take 2 weeks and has been 12+ weeks. It seems as though they do not know what they are doing. Everything they do, they have to redo 3+ times and still has not been right. Their sub contracts only speak Chinese and don't speak english. They owners have been here several times and premised to fix everything that is wrong, then nothing happens and nothing is done.
Now they have changed they name from APEX KITCHEN AND FLOOR to KITCHEN HOME ..... and shut down 2 locations (Orange and Fontana).
The owner Sherry has charged my credit card without my permission (and by the way, over charge me) and will not complete they job. I was told by Sal (an employee) that they do this to every customer.
FYI - I was charged tax on the total amount, I just found out they are ONLY suppose to charge tax on materials, which should a 1/4 of what I paid in tax.
I am done with these people........
