I have referred mortgage loan refinance borrowers to Anthony Perez at least twice now, and each time, my friends/relatives were happy, relieved to have been assisted competently, and were ecstatic to have successfully completed their otherwise complicated transactions. Anthony just does not tell "today's rates" and end it at that; he also explains the process and holds borrowers' hands at each stage. I am grateful for his professionalism, patience, expertise, and grace under fire. I intend to continue sending him referrals.
