I purchased a 2001 car from Amerifirst and while I am mostly pleased with my car (love the engine**minus some issues with it)I am not pleased with the customer service I have received.
I have yet to receive my title and regist for car, its been close to 3 weeks now and I'm being told it should arrive to their office or I can come and get an extended temp tag. The car sales guy is not that communicative and my boyfriend has to talk firmly in ways he should not have to in order to get what is always half the truth from them - we told them to just communicate with us to let us know the truth about my car... if my title and tag is due in why do I have to get an extended tag. I have to always call the office for answers and not even what I want or need to hear.
.... This should not be happening and after next week I will have to contact the DMV or someone. And after I purchased the car they kept it for several days after telling me the brake sensor would be replaced but it never was, even after I finally got my car from them, the work was never done - and a extra 100 miles + were on my car,, all this when they already had my money. Amerifirst actions initially was a three rating but after the money exchanged and things still incomplete I am disheartened at my WHOLE car purchase from them.
