A-M-A-Z-I-N-G company. American Vision is a diamond in the rough. It is rare to find a company that has great products, outstanding installers (Sergio and Sergio Jr.), and the GM from the Phoenix area (Alias) who is outstanding with making sure to please the customer (me :') with all our dealings. I first hired American Vision after attending my first home trade show in Tucson. I interviewed seven companies in the Tucson area, but had more reasonable estimates with higher quality windows through American Vision. I live in Green Valley, a suburb of Tucson, and in the beginning of this year I had 23 windows and two sliding glass doors installed (a really huge project). I was extremely pleased with the installation process, and absolutely love my windows. Recently, I called up America Vision again to replace and install an entry door which had water damage from the monsoons. Again, I sought out several door installers from the Tucson area, and the prices quoted were outrageous. It was then I thought of calling Alias from American Windows in Mesa, AZ, to ask if they had entry doors. Alias beat all the other estimates and hassle-free, had a customized door installed just a few days ago. I had two of the same installers do a great job, again. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism of every person associated with American Vision. Thank you, Alias. I only have one door left in my house to eventually replace (the original front door from 1992 when my house was built). When that door needs to be replaced, I know who I'm going to call !!
When a company is outstanding, it would be criminal not let everyone know. It is my pleasure to write this review.
