I've had dealings with other financial institution, but American Select Funding beats all of them hands down. My situation though not unique, but it was very stressful to say the least. Earlier this year, we had loss in the family, and it put us in a really bad financial bind. I received an advertisement in the mail about refinance and so I called American Select Funding, unfortunately things didn't go as plan and we had to wait a year to refinance because of VA rules, etc. but around August I get a phone call from Shab saying they can get us VA refinance of our home, and so we did.
Shab and her people were there are the best, they went above and beyond in helping us change from FHA loan to a VA loan. I could call them at anytime for explanation and reassurance, but most of all or the most important thing of all, we weren't just a number, they treated us like we matter. They looked beyond credit reports and understand that life happened and sometimes we don't have control over it. I live in Seattle, and the company is based out of California, but I would HIGHLY recommend them to all the people I know, or anyone looking for a company that puts customers first and money second.
I want to give a heart felt Thank you to Shab Kavandi, Fernando, Mike,Nancy, Martha and the rest of her crew. You guys are the best. Thank you Shab, for remembering me 5 months later that you can get us a VA loan. I can't thank you enough. Also, thank you for your help and support for all the Veterans who needed help with buying a home/refinance.
