Jarrod and the guys at APM, Inc. truly know how to take care of their customers. I came on here to check out their rating and they had an "F" but only showed one customer complaint that was handled appropriately. I was kind of unsure, especially having been burned previously by a "boiler room" type company, but with Jarrod's way with words and the assurance that I didn't have to pay until I was happy I agreed to get one cartridge and go from there.
When the package arrived, about a week later, I had just purchased a cartridge the day before from Staples and put that into my printer. I tried to wait for APM's but I really had to print that day and couldn't wait. I knew that I only had 30-45 days to try out this cartridge to make sure I liked it, but with having just put the one from Staples into my printer, it may be over 30 days before I move on to theirs.
So I called Jarrod up, of course just like any other sales person he mentioned that I could always put the Staples one on the "back burner" and throw his in, but I won't take out an opened cartridge because I don't want the ink to dry up. Anyhow, he let me know that I could just extend the terms if when the 45 days was up that I hadn't gotten enough usage to warrant payment yet.
All that said, I did end up being very happy with the longevity of the cartridge, EXTREMELY happy that the products are made her in the United States, and the overall relationship that I have with my ink suppliers.
I would recommend APM to any company (and have so to all my friends already), you can buy with confidence from them.
Thanks
