American Patio Masters of Chatsworth, CA has built an enclosure behind my home. They have put a structure on a concrete slab, and added a room to my home. I cannot use this room due to the constant sounds of the new structure. It "bangs", "pops", "squeaks", "cracks", "thuds", etc, etc, etc. They have used rivets, I believe, that is causing this constant noise. I was told that "perhaps in a year, the noise will disappear", but the worker who told me this was not reassuring. I don't know what to do. I believe I cannot be the only one suffering with this noise. I will be contacting the BBB for a remedy to this. Meanwhile, I would like to know if there is anybody else suffering with this "interminable noise".
