American Octane is a scam. They take your money and never send a card. I called several times because I did not get a card even though my checking account was debited the set-up fee. I was told that the company that manufactures the cards was having a problem. Before I even got the card I requested a refund. They sent me a card six months later and I sent it back stating I have been requesting a refund for six months!! They said it was too late to request a refund!!!! I have been going back and forth with this company but they refuse the give me my money back. It has now been 9 months. That is fraud. No stars in my rating.
