I trusted American Mitigation and they didn't produce..

I contracted this company on OCT 12 to stop a foreclosure on our home. They told us that as soon as we signed up and paided the $1600 dollars they would send a letter to the bank to start the process. I told them that there was a sales date of 1-2-13 on
the property. I didn't get any call from them, just the occational e-mail that the bank needed more financial paperwork. In December, I e-mail them to ask if there was any word from the bank, and told them again about he sales date coming up. Once again, the
only contact was asked for more financial stuff. Long story short, this company DID NOT do there job. The house got foreclosed on and sold. I trusted them to do there job that they were paid for it up front, and we were told that it was OUR fault bacause we
didn't call enough. Now I have tried to call twice a week for a month to get a refund of the $1600 dollars that they said they would issue. NOTHING, no return phone calls, to response at all. If your thinking about this company, think twice.
