On January 16, 2009, I started working with American Loan Help Center and I have to say that was the worse thing I could have ever done. My home had just went into an adjustable and I wanted to see if I could get my load adjusted. I paid this company over 2,000.00 and they did nothing but contact my bank with one letter of authorization. For the next 5 months all I did was make phone calls after phone calls. I never got a phone call back! Every time I called they said I have been assigned a different worker and that he/ she was out or away from their desk for me to leave a message.
After I realized that I had been clearly taken for only my money, I called on a Thursday afternoon and preceded to tell the lady who answered the phone that on Saturday I was going to make a 7 hour drive to her company ( I cant tell you the rest) but I will say that within 24 hours I had received into my bank account, a full refund on all the money I had paid them.
I would NEVER do business with this company again in life. I would have rather lost my house than to have dealt with this company. Just for the record.... I'm still fighting to keep it. It's even harder now because I'm even more behind that I was when I started because of this un-trusting company! I even had one employee who worked for them (but didn't anymore at the time of the call) and tell me this company was not a good company! Now that's bad!
