This so called Law Firm, American Law Firm, has contacted my place of business 9 times telling me that I owe on a loan for a bad check written to a check cashing company that I've never visited, let alone needed. I keep explaining that I'm not the person that they are looking for, yet, they do the same thing, tell me that I will get fired, arrested and so forth. It got bad enough one day that the guy calling, Oscar Wright, threatened me several times during this conversation that I just started laughing at him and he really started getting abusive so I got the owner of my company on the phone with him and he started to do the same thing to him and never wanted to give him any information, just kept repeating that I owed money and I needed to pay immediately! They tell me everytime that they will delete the number on file since they have the wrong person but they never do. I will be contacting my local Police Dept to see what I can do since I live in Missouri and they are in California. Just wanted to get my voice heard that if anyone else gets a call, just hang up. They've used 800 numbers as well as the lastest number of 781-443-7236, which isn't even in California. They have also used the name of "Oakview Law Firm."
