Do not be fooled by their low rates

I give them 1 star because I cannot give them zero star. Just stay as far as you can from them. I have not seen anything like my experience with them before.
I saw their low rate and got fooled by their sales person who said there will be no out of pocket cost other than appraisal fee and applied for refi. After they got me hooked with the paying for appraisal they started asking for unbelievable documents and charges, such as,
release of a lien that two owner before me had on the property;
a court order from 5 years before I purchase the property;
report from the title company which I had refi 5 years ago.
BTW I refied the same property 5 years ago with BOA with no problem. The last drop was their request to pay $480 for insurance upfront because their lender could not trust me to pay $90 in the escrow. I offered them to pay $90 cash/check/cc but they did not accept.
On top of all that these people do not take complaint well either and started yelling at me when I objected their ridiculous requests. I finally gave up on them. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
