This was the absolutely best experience I have ever had with a mortgage re-finance. Julie and the team at American Interbanc were wonderful to work with. Everything was clearly defined throughout the process, there were no surprises, no hidden fees, no games or promises that were not delivered.
The process went very quickly and they handled the process in a professional manner. There rates were described to me as being too good to be true by other potential mortgage brokers and I was told that they would not deliver, but they did in every way in accordance with the Good Faith Lending Estimate.
I have been through the re-finance process a few times over the last few years, I carefully researched every potential mortgage broker prior to selecting American Interbanc, and this was by far the best...... you will not be sorry in selecting them.
