This company is horrible. I applied for a loan modification over a year and a half ago, and sent in the paperwork SEVEN times. Two months ago I received a second letter from them, acknowledging they did recieve my latest paperwork. I had not heard from them until today, ironically the same day I copied and mailed the two letters they sent me with a letter inquiring as to why I still had not heard anything. This afternoon, I got an automated message on my voicemail saying my paperwork was incomplete. This is the same thing they said the last seven times. They left a number, which I called several times, but recieved the same message, "We're sorry but we are unable to assist you at this time. Please try again later", and the call is disconnected. When I call the customer care line, I get someone who barely has a grasp of the English language, has no idea what my situation is, and asks me the same information over and over again. I've given my financial info to countless people, the last of whom berated me for "spending too much on groceries". Their idea of "customer service" is a joke. At this point I am convinced that moving would be less stressful than dealing with this sham of a mortgage company.
