THIS IS THE WORST ONE SO FAR OUR STORY WILL TAKE THE CAKE. I took my payment to western union to make my payment in nov 2010 and it went trough and then i get a letter from western union in dec 2010 about ahmsi regection the payment and we would have to pick the payment up from where we maid it at. so i did go and picked it up and tryed to make a payment again and it would not go though. so i call and they tell me that i have to pay them over 4,000 to a my escro and i tell them that i dont have one bec i paid my own taxes and ins and then bascily said too bad. so we would still get the statement in the mail but we could never get though to anyone we would talk to so then they just stoped showing up in about july of 2011 in aug of 2011 i come home to find a bussince card from remax and i call and he tells me he owns my house and he want to offer me cash for keys. i tell him no bec i have not recived anything from ahmsi about any of this. so i get a court hearing notice in september 2011 that i have to goto and that i was being evicted. so i get all my papers together and all my payment slips and all my tax and ins papers and they show up with no proof that they have servied me with any evcition notice they then come to find out that they sold my house in sherffic sale in feb 2011 . so after going to court in oct,nov,dec 2011 they got my house that i have lived in for almost 25 year bec i could not fight with them any more im still waiting on a new heart and i could not go though with all the stress so my daughter had 2 months to pack up my 2,000+ home and we had to move to a home thats is so small and they are still sending me bills that they want me to pay them 60,000 on what was left of the mortage well they sold the house at sheriff sale for 60,000 and then someone eles bought it for 23,000 in may of 2011 and then they just sold it in nov for 109,00 so they maid enough money off that house .... this was the worse place ever and they are all liers and dont care im still fighting them and its jan 2013 they need to leave me alone they have my house what more do they want ....
