If a negative 10 stars could be assigned I'd do it. If you are having problems with this mortgage servicing company, please do the following: 1. Put your complaint in writing 2. Contact the atty general's office of your state 3. Contact the Consumer Financial Protection Agency 4. Ask for a qualified written statement, also indicate your complaints in writing and ask them to communicate in writing only (no verbal promises). 5. Post your results on boards like this so other consumers can share what works best and share their common experiences. 7. Document, document, document all their abuses.
