This company is the worst there is! I just got off the phone with them about my insurance policy not being updated after months of trying to send them updated insurance information. They also did not pay my county tax when it was due, therefore making me pay the shortage amount and increasing my monthly payments. When they mess up on their end, they think it is not a big deal. Also, when making extra payments towards the principle, they do not even know how to distribute it correctly, it ends up in the miscellaneous fees. I have had to call them every month for the past 6 months to make sure they fix their careless mistakes. This company does not want to help anyone, you can tell just by going on their payment site. There are not many options to pay for free, everything is pay pay pay and fees fees fees!!!!!
