I have filed complaints with the AG offices in TX, CA and my home state of MO, along with the BBB. We have been placed in foreclosure and I have proof from my bank that our payments cleared the bank for four months that AHMSI states no payments were received. Conveniently this happens right after we receive our modification that took us a year to get. Now they want over $6000 to "reinstate" our loan after the payments only add up to a little over $3000. I have even contacted the person who is supposedly handling the sale of our property that is scheduled for 4/28/11. I have faxed the same documentation to him that I have faxed to AHMSI. I was informed by him that I should follow up with AHMSI by Monday or Tuesday of next week and then follow up with him. I am also going to consult my own attorney. This is completely rediculous. We have had nothing but problems from this company and I hate that you get a different person everytime you call from some country that has been trained to read form a script and not listen to anything you are even saying. Then you get a different answer or response to your questions each time you call. No one knows the same thing each time you call. I cannot understand why I cannot just deal directly with my lender instead of some "servicing" company that has done nothing.
