Called to see why I was charged 3 times within the same week for a final payment. First time I called the agent hung up on me. Called right back got the same agent he replies 'oh your account is messed up, let me get you over to a supervisor.' Needless to say he transfered me to another agent who said he didnt know what was wrong with my account and transfrered me to another agent. I asked for a supervisor after getting a member of management this guy's tells me that it was a late fee for 2/28. I asked him to explain to me how can I have a late fee if payments are scheduled biweekly and I made a payment on 2/22. My next payment would be due on 3/8 and finally payment would have been made on 3/28. After not getting a valid response i asked to speak to his superior. After a 30 minute hold she tells me my contract ending on 2/28. I asked why does it not reflect that on my online acct or why wasnt I notified of this why have my payments scheduled past my contract date. She had no reponse and refuse to refund me an invalid late fee.
