The customer service stinks. They lie to you when there is an issue just to shut you up. I was supposed to receive a refund 5 days ago still hasn't hit my bank. They call you every 2 hours even though you have been in contact with customer service via email because I am unable to use my voice. I was lied to in the beginning about interest free payoff. I was told 120 days at store when it was within 2 weeks they stated oh no 102 days. I never received any paperwork regarding this financing until an issue ensued. They are rude and as far as Im concerned practice fraudulently. BEWARE!!!!!!! Wish they had a they suck star rating!
