Our family was bombarded by lending tree people and found out all but 1 company were not so truthful in quoting accurate rates and terms. My Loan Officer Clark Kirby gave me info and it was the same from beginning of loan until we signed loan papers. He worked with me instead of only thinking about the almighty dollar.
