I also got this company off the web. My Americash Rep Clark Kirby told me up front that they may not be the lowest, nor the highest of all initial offers. He said alot of lenders offer rock bottom quotes then come back later with "oopse we forgot about this and that", and rates would change. He also suggested that I fax in my best offers and I did. He took the time to go over them with me and pointed out how two of the offers were bogus not worth the paper they were written on. The 3rd one was a legitimate offer that was better that what he offered at Americash. He said let me see what I can do to beat it. About an hour later he came back and best the other offer by .25% and $600.00, my loan did close and it was 100% on target, all in all the best and easiest re-fi I have even done
