This company called us to sell us laser printer cartridges at a reduced rate. The salesmen are not clear about how many you are actually ordering. Not until you start getting upset about how many cartridges you already have do they tell you that a starter pack consists of a carton of 36! I didn't hear anything about a starter kit from the salesman during our first conversation! We have a small office with only one printer and we'll end up with cartridges to last a long time. The last time I spoke with the salesman (today, 01/10/08), he made me feel guilty and as though I were trying to breach some contract. I tried to ask him about an original order and he really started stumbling over his words. He finally told me that it was a verbal agreement that we had! These guys are slick! The will offer to break shipments into different parts or replace the laser printer cartridges with some other ones that your office may use. I would encourage anyone not to order from this company unless you get something in writing first. Also, I think I was promised at least 6 times in the last year a catalog. I still have never received one.
