THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
Any company that will not give you pricing information without getting the make and model of your printer is trying to SCAM you! They will send you unwanted products and charge you astronomical prices. In fact, someone at the Federal Trade Commission told me not say "yes" to ANY question they ask, because they will sometimes record the conversations and then cut them to make it sound like you said yes to purchasing their products!
If you get a call like this, get as much information as you can from the caller (company name, location, phone number, etc.) and report it to the Federal Trade Commission - 1(877) 382-4357.
Also, be sure to tell the company to take you off their list. (I don't know if that helps, because I think a lot of these different companies are really the same people.)
