I did not contract this company for service. I actually purchased a home and they completed a re-roof on. The re-roof was completed within 3-4 years of me purchasing the home. The home now has a simple leak, so we pulled the permit info and found out that they completed the re-roof. They will not offer us any information regarding the warranty, they said they do not have the records anymore?? They were asking me to provide warranty information to them, which I do not have because I did not own the home at the time the re-roof was completed, and the seller was a bank. I think this is the worst customer service, not only will they provide us the warranty information they will not give us an actual estimate as to what is causing the leak.
I see all the great comments that they have in the site in 2009, what happened a couple of years ago??? I would not recommend them since they cannot be honest to new or past customers, and I have not found this to be the case. If they really wanted to continue the relationship, at least meet me half way and I feel they did not even try to continue the relationship.
