I have had the worst experience with this company. The salesperson came to review our account and told me that I can get up to $300 in savings if we change our service to their company; however, when we received our first statement, everything the salesperson promised was never given and even more was charged that the first promised rate. When I tried to cancel the service, they told me that there was a cancellation fee of $295 which they did not disclose at all. The salesperson specifically told me that we can cancel any time without a fee if I am not satisfied with the service or if they don't keep their promise on the rate that they quoted me. I have had the worst experience with a merchant service and want to discourage using their company. If they disclosed everything honestly in the beginning I wouldn't be this upset. Please be very careful before signing anything with this company and make sure you get everything in writing.
