I am so glad I found this site. I need someplace to vent about my experience with this place.

1st Visit: 5 months before wedding. We looked at Bridesmaid dresses. Helpful employees treated us like trash and were anything but helpful. They didn't suggest or help us at all. That would have gotten in the way of all their sitting around doing nothing they had going on.

2nd Visit: We find our bridesmaid dresses. Of course they don't have our exact sizes. Fine. We try on dresses, they measure us and order our sizes.

3rd Visit: Fitting day. We come into store, they ask if we are here for fitting. We say we are. So now we must wait... and wait.... and wait. We realize others who came after us are being taken before us. We get up to ask why.. they tell us we should have signed in. Would have been nicer if they told us that an hour ago when we came. So we sign in now. Wait for ANOTHER hour. They have only ONE seamstress. JUST ONE!! It's wedding season, the place is packed, and we are all waiting for one cranky little old lady.

I try my dress on. It is easily 3 sizes too big. (even though they MEASURED ME) . Aaaaah, now comes the alterations. The experienced (her words) seamstress couldn't tell that the dress was too big. (shouldn't she be able to tell that kind of thing?) So I showed her where I thought it was too big. She pinned a little here and there and charged us $200 to fix this $150 dress!!! I thought the sales staff was bad? This little old seamstress was so rude and condescending I really wanted to hurt her.

4th Visit: Try on dress after alterations. Nope, still not right. Great, she gets to work on it some more. Great!

5th Visit: Wait an hour.. finally my turn. Oh no, they can't find my dress. They have me sit in a dressing room for 10 minutes while seamstress assistant looked for my dress. After waiting those 10 minutes I asked if they lost it. Nope, girl just forgot about me and went on to help somebody else. Great! Get dress on, guess what? The seamstress made it worse!!! I leave very, very angry.

Same day, new seamstress: Woman can't believe what the other seamstress did to dress. She will have to undo everything and remake dress practically from scratch! This, of course, will cost me. Another $150 down the drain. So, this crappy dress ended up costing $500.

I can't stress enough how horrible this place is. From the rude, lazy and useless sales staff to the incompetent seamstress. I see that the Better Business Bureau already graded this dress shop, it received an "F" rating.

If your friend takes you to this place.. RUN! Seriously, RUN FAST!!
