Do not waste your time with this chain of bridal shops. I visited three different locations in Southern California and had problems at every one. * They overbook their appointments resulting in little to no one-on- one customer service while trying on gowns. * Their associates are not friendly and seem too busy to help you if you are not a bride. * Their associates are ill-equipped to handle situations with customers and look at you like a "deer in headlights" if you express a concern or show dissatisfaction. * Their management is also rude and non-responsive. * They employ third party seamstresses that are dishonest and are not at all interested in what the customer wants. * They created a very negative experience, on mulitple occasions, and tarnished what should be the happy, fun occasion of picking out gowns for a wedding. If I could rate them with ZERO stars, I would. I have my bridesmaid dress, which I had to take to another seamstress for the right alteration (a simple hem), and the style and color is to my liking (which is how Alfred Angelo got ONE STAR).
