Buyer be Ware! True rating less than 1 star
Purchased tickets and insurance on 11/12/2019 with a departure date of 8/6/2020, Filled out and faxed Cancellation (Due to COVID 19) paperwork and received Confirmation #813D01147 on 4/2/2020. 2nd confirmation was received on 4/9/2020. on 6/12/2020 received another emal stating the received documents. On 8/26/2020 and 2/2/2020 received emails stating " We wanted to update you that your claim is in process, and we sincerely apologize for the delay" Delay? it's been 9 months since i canceled well with in the 24 before. my friend also booked the same flight and canceled the same time and is having the same problem. So if you don't mind getting ripped off go for it but i will never use them again or recommend them I will deal directly with the airline.
