We received an incorrect product, it has taken more than two weeks to resolve with no end in sight. I want to ship the product back and receive the correct one, I am not asking for a miracle. What we asked for was a ship back, they inspect and send the correct one when they find nothing wrong with the returned product (I did take pictures of it prior to boxing it) 3 emails and 3 phone calls, 2 promises that were not followed up on.
